Many complain about this hotel apartment house, it was dirty but that is not true! If one nevertheless what cheap Bay can my no 5 stars luxury expect.
I was now the 29-02-2012 until 10-03-2012 locally in this house and I was pleasantly surprised in spite of the bad criticisms other reviews. I was alone since got a room the newly renovated and equipped with everything that you need. Many of the reviews I found afterwards nothing special realistic.
I have two Spanish stars and also.
The entire area could use an renovation receive, but that would be based on the price effect.
My in short: very clean, everything works, furnishing was practical, staff is friendly and helpful.
Although it is not in the middle of Playa del Ingles, but 'off the beaten track', it is not. It is good 10 minutes on foot in the epicenter playa del Ingles, in less than 10 minutes at the shopping center san Augustin.

Everything was very old and used. There is hardly a part not broken or worn is.
The room -the disaster ever. We have some rooms on the complex fo. Hygienic there was some Mängen, which are unacceptable. Mold, Glass and mattresses this name does not do justice to, Jens reviews thorough to study.
With questions one has helped. A small Minimakt is on the complex.
When rental car etc. Is bebilflich.

The hotel is in my opinion just before the closure. What is broken, the furnishing of the apartments is patchwork, for example, holes in the walls, broken sanitary facilities, broken buttons and stove rule Schranktürgriffe. Price and performance ratio was correct. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food you could always find something. Rooms were clean, the beds you got no back pain. Hotel is suitable if you don't have high expectations and it was only to sleep anyways. Room had a view of the sea. We would book it anytime again! Read more
