Front desk, cleaning and restaurant staff outstanding, would stay again, two minor problems for me, elevator takes days to go up and down and the lady working the lounge was way too busy with her friends on the phone and her VLT crowd,basically ignored me and I was the only other person there besides her VLT friends but she can't work all the time right.

The workout room was adequate, the restaurant and bar were also decent, however the pool area was completely shut down and for some reason there were many people loitering throughout the hotel, which gave a sense of uneasiness.
