the staff are very accommodating, always friendly, Fremdsprachenbarrieren are not available. It was a dreamlike vacation, the quality of the food and restaurants left absolutely nothing to be leftover. Thick, heavy praise goes to all parties concerned, especially at Danny, the US's helpful and almost grandfather was. The ultra all inclusive-service was for us a new experience, again at any time!

There was really nothing that you could criticize about the hotel, we were astonished about how friendly and professional they were with various guests. We'll be back... At the beginning I must say: I was always a big fan of Turkey. But this hotel and the gold beach of Bulgaria to convinced.
the hotel area is not as spacious built as I other Countries know, but nevertheless adequate. The room inclusive balcony was really nice and big and always very clean.
As mentioned above: large rooms with large balcony and very clean!
