We are on the 19-10-11 to Alcudia and were very skeptical, what the weather concerns and pleasantly surprised. The great hotel, the very friendly and accommodating staff-starting from the reception, on the waiters up to the maid-all cared for us cared. As I due to my allergy problems got, I have helped immediately. We always, if we ask or problems had, at Isabel corporate headquarters. She speaks perfect German and is the guests very hard. This was our first time in this hotel. Since we were usually outside the whole day, we were only there to sleep & eat in the hotel. I would want to stay in this hotel is not all day, as the garden area is a relatively small & there on a street (is however by planting blocked). Relax You could not so good.
