A very nice hotel, directly in Playa de Palma, yet quiet location. The staff of the hotel was friendly and accommodating. We were given a room with mold on the window of the bedroom, but after complaining at the front desk directly been exchanged. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. We had booked the hotel because of the good reviews at holidaycheck and were not disappointed. It is quite close to the 'party', but so far away, that you don't mind that, especially in the December really almost everything is closed and more Spanish than German guests were there. The wellness area is large and nice, and served its purpose very well. The public transport is excellent, but the hotel is located in a quiet area (streets).
