We felt very comfortable in this hotel and were relaxed, but sad when leaving. A strong praise at Alice, Alex, manu, Max, Tomke and FLO! The team made a very motivated impression without being pushy. During the day we had always want to take part in the program and in the evening you could travel with the brilliant dance or comedy shows. At long last a high on the child care. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Our apartment was spacious. Unfortunately somewhat badly soundproofed. We had a nice and relaxing holiday. The staff in all areas were friendly and courteous. The decor of the rooms is perhaps not the newest, but it was adequate in every respect and we have felt ourselves very well. The food is just as good. Every evening there was for every taste. The only complaint was the restaurant on: too many men in shorts and slippers! The pool and recreation area left nothing to be desired. Please stop the annoying reserve the beach chairs! Relaxing days on the island, so much different and much more cleaner as for example Mallorca. The distance to the beach from the hotel is within a five-minute span. A bus ride to Ciutadella is also at night highly recommended and uncomplicated. The hotel is just fine. Small defects were immediately turned off. Annoying was only the handtowel Mafia at the pool. If you are looking for the breakfast, it was too late. We found that to be intolerable and ask the hotel management, it is vital for remedy. We will in any case gladly again. Read more
