We have booked for the first time such a large hotel and were really impressed. The room was perfect and had earned four stars as well as the whole hotel. The staff was nice and friendly, although some guests did not deserve. On the day of our arrival in the morning 9:00 o'clock the room was not ready, therefor we got a coupon for the delicious breakfast buffet. In other hotels was it not, it. On the whole a big disappointment if you, as a couple or with family trip vacation of the four sterneklasse would like to book this hotel really bad. Also the all inclusive offer kept very picky... Alcoholic drinks only from donors and friendliness prepared food 50% reduction in the coffee... So nothing with all inclusive the hut. The hotel is in a great location for activities of all kinds. We stayed in the hotel completely satisfied. Service, food and entertainment were good. On the day of departure you can at the front desk (first thing in the morning) issues, whether there is any way in the case of a later check out if you need to make.
