all in all, if only the food is, plentiful and was enough to get full. The communication in German was quite difficult, mostly English. Patience was asked, starting with the elevator, until a table was assigned, the waiter came, was cleared up. The rooms are already old and in need of renovation. We spent nine nights in H10. Booked a double room with view of the sea we did. Upon arrival at the hotel we were given a room on the ground floor. To our horror, we had to say, that the room was not renovated and did not have a balcony (as described in the catalogue but) is. The view of the pool was very modest. We know a couple of the other Sol hotels H10. Unfortunately, this one worse despite renovation. Four stars hotel as it is rated total. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Mice had in the room. The Hotel itself was clean and in a fantastic location right on the beach,It has 3 pools all were freezing but unfortunately we did not have good weather while we were there so they probably are very welcoming in the sun, although we did go in the sea most days (even Christmas) Staff were not very friendly in the restaurant and reception with exception to a very nice man behind the desk when my Dad needed a Doctor. - in December 09
