Fantastic holiday, excellent location, fantastic weather, hotel way beyond expectations! If you get the chance you simply must try this hotel.
As above wonderful large room.
I have never ever encountered service like this in all the hotels I have stayed in. Every member of staff, from chambermaid to barmaid, from chef to waitress to receptionist, from pool attendant to entertainer was only too happy to say hello and help or serve you. They always smiled no matter how busy they were! Really made the holiday!

We were allowed two in Rubicon Palace wonderful weeks stay! The complex from the front to the back very well maintained. No matter whether at the pool, restaurants, dining room, hotel bar or lobby, everything was clean and neat! From the front desk the waiters and entertainers to the gardener, only nice and very friendly staff! The room, the food and the drinks were simply great! Hotel area was very good, but a rental car is recommended, as on the edge of Playa Blanca location. Food-typically large machine was yummy breakfast-fresh, cut fruit, fresh, squeezed orange juice was missing dinner was good. Safe cost money. Four stars hotel should be included in the price. We stayed in the time from 10-17 September 2011 in H10 Rubicon palace and would recommend this hotel as a whole. There are definitely better hotels in Lanzarote. For the hotel it was more like a three star instead of four * adequate. A good and empfehlnswetes Hotel where nothing fehtlt. A bit far from the city center by bus (line 30 for 1.20 €within easy reach. A taxi costs about 4 €. Negative we noticed the 80% Spanish guests in the hotel spent their holiday there and very arrogant. horrible. Read more

We had a sea view room which was large although the décor was a little tired, they were cleaned every day and had a TV and to be honest when you are on holiday you just need a place to sleep so they were more than adequate.

All the areas were kept tidy although some tiles etc are missing and could need sprucing up, but I suppose with the hotel open all year that would prove an undertaking, but to be honest that is only a small gripe There are plenty of sunbeds but despite notices they were reserved and seemed to be reserved very early in the morning if not the night before.
