We were after eleven years break in this hotel, still happy. Although the reception area has been renovated, it didn't disturb us! We would like to come back next year. The non-credited spaces met for us not to! Read more

The hotel was being renovated when we were there. This means a few artisans in the hallways and a diminished lobby. As the salt water and the salt-laden air frequent improvements need to be made as at home, the cleanliness was absolutely in order. The rooms were modern, beds and pillows very comfortable. The shower was small and a little rough as a stable temperature wise, but that was absolutely bearable. The pool is the centrepiece of the hotel and really large well-behaved. Two years ago we were in this hotel and since much of cleanliness and service good done. We can definitely recommend this hotel!
The rooms are clean and ordetlich the food is very good.
A tip!! We recommend the rooms in the rear, so far away from the main building permit since otherwise it in the evening and in the morning it can be a little louses by cleaning the area or guests who thought the days here. Read more

After my first positive experience with the chain in Tenerife H10 I believed, there is the use of the same standard... unfortunately far! The outside of the hotel is really impressive, the staff was always friendly and helpful, but you can see various weaknesses unfortunately. The Themenbüfett the dinner after a week again, in a 4-star hotel??? The shower wall 14 days not once cleaned?
