Admittedly I knew as a stag do trip that it didn't matter if the hotel was awful, but surprisingly it was quite a good hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and efficient (no con artists as mentioned on here) and the food was erm. - in May 10

Wouldnt really recommemd to families as hotel gets very noisey with the amount of large groups this hotel caters for, they was 22 of us but thorougly enjoyed our stay, although the only down side was the food, it was horrible, and the drinks were limited to what you could get if all inclusive which we were, but on the whole wouldnt take my family here but would def return in a group. - in August 10
Theres people on here complaining about the noise but if go go to magaluf in peak season, what do you expect? We met some good friends & throughly enjoyed our stay here & would definatly recomend it to friends looking for a nice hotel, all inclusive, right on the strip & opposite bcm.

All in all we found this a great hotel for what we wanted (Somewhere to sleep for a few hours during a lads weekend away) but wouldn't recommend it to families - but I wouldn't recommend Magaluf to families either, it's definately a party place.

I would not recommend this hotel for older people unless of the Jeremy Kyle persuasion and likewise families as the hotel and resort is full of stag and hen parties competing to be as loud an vulgar as possible but for people of that ilk it is perfect as is the hotel. - in December 10

When i first booked the holiday we were given a studio apartment which i didnt really want but they told me it was all the hotel had left, however when we got to the hotel we were given a one bedroom apartment with a pool and beach view which was great ! - in June 10

The rooms are basic, but you have everthing you need, ( one thing rent a toaster, its 10 euro and you get some of that back) , the only down side is that the beds arnt that comfy but its what you get.

Just come back from 4 nights all inclusive ,we were a party of 30 lads and had a blast the hotel is quite noisy into the early hours but ur in magaluf so that shouldnt be an issue,the biggest problem we had was getting to our rooms ,we had to get 2 different lifts and walk along a long terrace one of our group was on crutches which made it hard work.

If I was to stay here again I would go self catering, theres loads of good places to eat, we especially liked the boatyard, great food/wine/service right by the beach. - in June 10
the rooms were cleaned every day and believe me they needed cleaning ,the food was great with loads of choice and the all inclusive did its job with beer until 11 oclock ,would recommend this hotel as it is in a fabulous location right on the beach and next to bcm square ,so ur never far from the action.

Just got back from a weeks stay at the Royal Beach, we booked all inclusive, what a mistake, you are only allowed one drink per person when you get to the tiny bar area, so if you are getting a drink for husband, children etc, you cant you have to go to the bar get one drink and then go back and go back til you get all your drinks, drinks very limited, no extras like ice creams, crisps etc for the kids just drinks. - in October 10
