I had a lovely stay here, my holiday booking company made a mistake with the booking but the staff and management at this hotel were fabulous, they sorted everything our for me without hesitation, the room was good and very clean, all staff very friendly indeed, food was good too, and the surroundings were very acceptable, we had a great time and I would deffinatley stay here again. Good AI - you really do get spoiled. The food was of a reasonably good standard and the drinks were plentiful.
Entertainment was good as well - we enjoy mixing with others and the hotel caters well for all types. My only gripe was that the room we had was very hot throughout the day and with no a/c it was hard to bear at times. However we spent most of our time out of the room ( !! ) and it wasn't a real problem. The entertainmet team worked very hard all day and night and are worth every peeny they are paid and more. The hotel was ok on 3 stars, food, drinks were perfect, staff very helpfulness and always smile, pools very good, one problem was with transfer, it takes about 2 hours not 45 minutes like you said when I booked my holiday.

Good hotel clean staff friendly and helpfull,evening entertainment not good ok at childrens disco but after not so,food ok you wouldnt starve plenty of choice you can even get chips for breakfast (that was a first for me),you did have a little train to take you to the beach this was mostly full and was a squosh most of the timeThey could have a section on the beach for there own guests with beds and unberellas as you had to pay for theese if you wanted shade but to buy an umberella was a lot cheeper only about £5 But overall a very nice holiday and worth it.
