Unfortunately, during our stay a large construction site entrance. The whole hotel was freshly painted. It was like a construction site. The pool was completely covered and not usable.
However we were treated very kind and we also got noise with. The room was great and we had even sea view. The Collins Avenue leads directly in front of the hotel with three lanes in one direction. During our stay was the Habana Libre was especially in the last trains the construction. Construction noise however. The rooms are all decorated or, all new and renovated. Size of the room was sufficient, if you don't want to stay for a week or more. Breakfast was included in the room rate and ideal for a good start to the day. As parking a car in Miami was somewhat tricky decorated you should use the valet parking at the front desk.

We are after two years and returned the hotel has improved. there were renovations going on, in the rooms partly were completed. This time, we had the DaVinci suite and this was the size and layout. two flat screen tv's, a large one in the 'living area' and a smaller one in the bedroom. The kitchenette was okay, just the cutlery had to go through locality of forks completed. We took the metal utensils also always for breakfast, as there is otherwise only plastic.
