We found the hotel because of its ideal location well. The staff, the front desk was friendly. The room big enough, the bathroom spacious. The floors were not always very clean, and the carpet was so old? The safe in the room was broken, which we lodged a complaint, but we were told, we could be fastened to the things front desk when you leave. But a orange juice, yoghurt or even a waffle are for the first small hunger in the morning was adequate. Breakfast was from 6 -10am... Read more

The hotel was very centrally located at the Herald Squarel, ideal for a city - across the street is the Macy's department store, and the Empire State Building around the corner. We had direct view on it. walk to Times Square only 15 minutes. Numerous shopping and restaurants nearby. Metro station almost right in front of the hotel (yellow line). Rooms are not so big, we had booked a tables for 4 rooms and did not space to put my luggage on the (with 4 big people would prefer 2 double rooms, as the beds were as big).
