Staff is friendly! What we do total disappointed because the pictures from the Internet not consistent with the look of the room is concerned. Unfortunately, we have the impression that it is only a nice room! And that is probably the from the Internet! Flat screen Tv looks at different! We had a closet! This was my first time in hotel Hanse port... But certainly the last time. Very friendly front desk, very nice contact at the front desk and the breakfast... Almost as informal one cannot describe the atmosphere in this house. I could easily stay extended, and everything else was therefor done, the guest contently. We booked this hotel for a city journey to from Hamburg to explore. It is clean and reasonably equipped hotel. The rooms are no luxury apartments but thoroughly recommended. The beds are comfortable. Of the biggest advantages of the hotel is the breakfast buffet with a large variety and the great location at the reeperbahn. It is not the quietest and nicest location in the city, but you can from here all sights the city, most of the even within walking distance. Conclusion: a good hotel, with its three star rating. Centrally located on St. Pauli in a side street. Environment and dirty (glass from broken bottles, dog shit on the sidewalks). But you will not bothered. Traffic connections very good, only a few meters from the nearest suburban train station. We got an apartment. Size and equipment nothing special, rather appropriately, but clean and okay.
