My daughter and I stayed at the four points by Sheraton königshof and felt very comfortable. From the room to the check in and breakfast was great. Since we were on a football tournament in Salzburg of my son and some directions needed help was friendly. The next morning at breakfast I had strong headache, as I had unfortunately no pills I was also very nice to offer pills. Great service! Would love to go back to Salzburg and the hotel hartlwirt! Nice, quiet location. Breakfast was quite apporling. stale, hard bread, no croissants. Nice outside space for having a drink or food.
Small bedroom. Wardrobe available and a good samsung flat screen TV on the wall. All you can do in the evening is watching TV on your bed as there is nowhere u can go and the room is so small.
Bathroom was very small too with a shower. The shower attachment always fell off the wall!
Staff was very friendly, however the room wasn't cleaned that well.
