I honestly don't know why ppl are complaining! The food was good, with a wide variety to suit everyone, the staff are friendly and helpful, they always say hello and have a smile. The rooms are cleaned daily, fresh sheets and towels. The pool and pool areas are clean, and the sunbeds are comfy. All in all we had a brill time and would defo recommend ppl to go.

My friend and I stayed at the Hauza for a week and loved every minute of it!! It's spotlessly clean and the staff are so lovely!
The meals in the main restaurant are served at perfect times with fairly long slots and other snacks are available between. Drinks are 24 hours and are of decent quality for an all inclusive hotel.
The rooms are lovely with high quality furnishings and very comfortable beds. Sheets seem to be changed daily and rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard. You may even sometimes return to find a little animal... Read more

Very nice and well-kept area with very courteous staff. Food was good and varied almost " around the clock ". Super beautiful reef near the hotel and the beach, so you can relax.
Bad English is enough!
