Two star this hotel doesn't deserve. Food was very simple. Beach very close and dirty and very rocky. Jetty broken or already taken away. No Entertainment. The children were bored. Many Russians. There was no German spoken, at the front desk. Rooms very large, bathroom okay. The beach snack bar was not on! If you are looking for a simple vacation and you're looking for peace and quiet, no good food and no value on a sandy beach, this is the place to be! I think this hotel is really modern, i liked it but the variety of food was small for hotel with 5 stars and the staff doesn't speak english, it was difficult to speak with them...to tell them that you want an alcoholic coctail was difficult if you don't speak russian - the hotel is really more for russian people... The location is good for shopping but the beach was really awful, i don't liked it. Read more

The uncultured guests really make you feel like in a kolhoz. You have to queu for each meal. The quality of food was low, fruit were always raw. The tables are dirty and sometimes we had to hunt for forks... The room service is non-existent. They only come to steal minor things but never change bedclothes, even after 2 complaints. The reception also did not react to the complaint about stolen things from bathroom. The rooms are ok, the A/C is ok, but for 2 half days there was no electricity.
