The hotel has 3 floors, but no elevator. meaning 3. Floor 62 steps. The house is set in a large park. We didn't get a chance to meet in Zakopane German. More than 95 % Polish guests, but all very pleasant. Internet access was free.
Spacious rooms. TV with international channels (RTL). Old, but decent furniture. The mattresses were very worn and pillows and blankets extremely hard. Bathroom with shower.
The staff spoke a bit of English, no German. The rooms were cleaned every day, the beds but only every 2. cleaned everyday.
