As written, the revolution has left its mark. In March half of the hotel was being remodeled. The dining room was in the lobby improvised. as well as the food at the lunch. (No buffet). Location of the hotel is good, the service at the pool bar is bad. All including is very bad, since only at the pool bar and is primarily only Russian citizens to be served. If diving is, buddy week with Werner, the is good hands in this hotel. two minutes to foot! Can also be booked half board.
For a longer stay only for holidays I would recommend it not. Unless you is teeny and must respect the money ☺
It was missing a cozy Outdoor seating in the garden. The lawn in front of the hotel is only adornment area. A bar at the pool area, only all inclusive, where also the entertainment took place but also quite sober.

A very nice hotel for a unique holiday at the Naama bay.
The second right at the beginning of the beach promenade hotel, room with sea view to recommend especially 544.
If you are going to Naama bay tears, should know that 90% Russian tourists are there and for the is also everything made.
In the hotel are two Russian-speaking entertainment women, the rarely speak english. At the reception is spoken english and Russian fluently.

We felt us already with the arrival of the staff not taken seriously. Russian or english language skills are of huge advantage. German is not spoken. 90% of the guests were eastern European origin before all russians. These have included the courtesy and the behaviour with a teaspoon. Nothing for zartbesaitete. At check-in our room was unsanitary (hair in the beds and on the bath room floor), the bathtub is in need of renovation, broken. The room cleaning was acceptable. was small and located across the road at the pool area ( as the advertised Terrace Bar was closed) fine if you want to drink by the pool but if you wanted to sit in the plush surroundings of the hotel of an evening it meant a walk to return with a very small plastic cup and only one per person at a time, not very good, but again the staff went out of their way to try to accommodate us by going over to the bar for us and bringing back our small plastic cups, a very nice gesture by the restaurant manager but we ended up buying our drinks from the bar in the hotel which was very relaxed with no Rushing Russians and a proper glass for G&T. - in September 09

We had a deluxe room with 2 double beds the room was cleaned everyday with clean bedding and towels in fact the whole of the hotel was spotlessly clean ,there are 2 main pools which are very nice an the beach is lovely you can get sunbeds by the pool or beach anytime of the day no need to get up early to get one . - in May 10

Just come back from this hotel,its quite a good one, ive been 2 sharm 6 times,its in the best place if u want to head into naarma bay & also situated right on the beach,i found the staff realy friendly & the areas were clean,we had a deluxe room which had hairdryer,mini bar whitch u had 2 pay 4, the view over the bay was excellent,the food in the restaurant was pretty basic but edible we found the hotel full of russian people if u take them with an open mind they are ok,we found it very entertaning watching them,their actions & dress sence was 2 die 4,yes they r heavy drinkers & on a number of occations saw afew carried 2 their rooms @ 12.

30pm,we also saw some russians bullying some dutch squaring up 2 them 4 a fight yet again quite funny,the animation is all aimed @ the russians who joined in everything during the day but @ night it had 2 be the worst ive ever seen, bad mini disco,then realy bad entertainment, mr helnan marena sharm,followed by same thing the next night but 4 females& all in russian.
