Only partially recommendable. Located right on main shopping street of Hyannis, the place itself is interesting. Structural condition in need of renovation as described by the other review. Many stairs instead of elevators. Front desk uninterested and unfriendly. Of the two booked rooms was a relatively clean, the other badly cleaned. But well equipped with balcony, fridge etc. Bathroom was quite small. Harbor with good fish/Seafoodlokalen within walking distance. attached directly to the hotel bar we tried the breakfast. Centrally located on the main shopping street of Hyannis. A few minutes walk to the harbor. The hotel is a zweigeschosser in the 70 's or early 80 years ago, but fully renovated just a few years ago (anthing year I don't know). Nice welcome at the front desk and fast check-in as the next day check-out. The rooms spacious (as in the United States) good and comfortable furniture, so with extra armchair and table, and a balcony. The breakfast we didn't use but did eat in town. True use free parking in the rear. Read more

We stayed 2 nights at the Heritage House in Hyannis. The hotel is not too attractive impression, just as you enter the hotel makes you feel as if you are in a swimming pool. The indoor pool is located directly below the restaurant and the front desk and it smells like chlorine everywhere. The hotel is also used by many tour groups, so that it in the restaurant or in the very small desk very busy and noisy will see from. The hallways and going on badly in need of repair.
