The hotel needs to be renovated very badly! The carpets in the rooms are horrible dirty! The check-in and check-out took forever... One might think... At the front desk you didn't know, the guests (or leave) come! The waiters in the dining room tried very hard, but, since it was too much work and not enough staff, with the use of tables, the cover and not afterwards! And it was for us, most annoying... Very long waiting period before the dining-hall! Normally, there were 25-30 minutes each morning and evening! An impossible, undue condition.... Read more

A beautiful location directly on the beach. A clean hotel with friendly staff. But there is a restaurant no four stars worth it. In the morning and in the evening you had to wait 30-40 people in order to get a table, the food was mediocre. A nice area shame because of this restaurant. Read more

Room furniture worn. Dining room much too small, so that at breakfast and dinner long queues (up to 50 persons) emerged with waiting times, very unpleasant! If you would like it to be quiet, be careful, that the room not looking at the pool is, due to the loud animation. Read more

The hotel is in a fantastic location thats the best think about it, breakfast was quite basic but to be fair it was enough, i was quite surprised at the room it did need a lick of paint and the carpet could have done with a clean but when we arrived i paid an extra 70 euros to upgrade to a sea view so the recepionist said she had given us one of their best rooms.

in the fitness centre before leaving at 5pm when the time came, there were no towels available we had to use our beach towels and then pack the wet towels into our lugguage :-( Lights were not working on the promenade for the duration of the stay.

Toilets at the swimming pool stinking, we checked out at 12pm and were promised we could have showers etc.
