Hotel Hilton Dresden

We stayed over new year's Eve at the Hilton, there was little to complain about. Selection of solo entertainer the Atrium restaurant next year should be reconsidered. Buffet was good. Our waiter, a very friendly trainees, was very clumsy, did not try the wine, inter alia, reduced the overall impression a little. All in all, a very friendly and courteous staff! This hotel really should four stars have? WHERE? I was very disappointed. Staff very rude! We had booked a room for three people over Christmas. Smallness of the room a lot! I knew that from other hotels, unfortunately not. Extra bed was a rickety chair, at the foot had. Since my husband is wheelchair, we had a handicapped accessible bathroom, which was however totally out of date and filthy. We stayed in Dresden in the various hotels. This hotel was by far the worst. Room, breakfast and the nightly noise level were not acceptable. In the future we will be the other hotels nearby prefer. Read more
