Centrally located but a bit was a bit worn. Small room, windows couldn't be opened, so musty air. Very soft and uncomfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was okay. Was disappointed, I had expected more. Read more

The hotel is located in a quiet side street and it is divided into two buildings. The main building includes the reception,bar restaurant, etc the second building is the Grosvenor club with its private check-in desks and small breakfast room.
The Club room was a very lovely wallpaper was but have a little antique. Flat screen tv are available. The bathroom was good enough however made it long until hot water and the amenities of the bath was reduced to the essence.

The new room had the refurb wall paper peeling from the wall, the radiator couldn't be turned on because of the noise so instead there was a plugin radiator, like something you would find in a old cheap b&b, the floorboard when walked over shook the whole room including the window and bed. - in January 11
