The staff ruins the whole hotel... Unfriendliness is not enough. Hopelessly over occupied waiters, the didn't want to work... Is rather publicly fun-bellhops and chat. At the worst the service at the breakfast... Incredibly rude service, which one already times at the juice station coming, as he himself and his colleagues are only taken care of! By. 12,11 until we were 19 November 2011, with a friendly few, guests in this hotel. On the complex you can't complain. On the contrary. Clean and well maintained. We are a family of four with a 4 year old and 7 year old, from England. From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing; they could not do enough, from unloading luggage and carrying it to the room, to changing a bed for a fussy 7 year old! The rooms are a good size with good sized bathrooms and balconies. Our accommodation was spotless, and cleaned every day. We were all inclusive and the food and service were just brilliant.
