Restaurant and bar were due to renovation closed. One has in the lobby tables set up as a last resort. We had a room on the club level with club lounge. The guest lounge is way too small and it was waiting times for breakfast. The lounge should be adopted in accordance with the breakfast by 11:30 opening. Until 12:00 was however cleaned, vacuumed and snacks and drinks only developed. It is quite simply unacceptable, that in a hotel this price level still CRT in Klubzimmer is possible.

We were total disappointed. The name Hilton stopped here not at all what it is usually symbolizes. 15 minutes of waiting until we got breakfast seats, where you on plates, glasses and cutlery wait. Lean buffet, the only slowly refilled. Staff was musty, as the rooms. Hardly a smile let alone an apology. Badassessoires were not re-stocked. We also had to request towels, only the small towel was fresh, towel and face towels were missing on the second day! My favorite as weekend hotel. In comparison to other Hilton certainly weaker, under French point of view, I was always satisfied. Request a renovated room, the carpet is not shabby. Lounge access with executive room is nice. Extensive selection of drinks, from wine for lunch, beer and champagne. Small sweets are available throughout the day. The Hilton is situated in a good location. The attractions are all within walking distance of Strasbourg. The front desk is very friendly. The rooms are well decorated and comfortably furnished, although a little long in the tooth. The good breakfast buffet completes the pleasant stay. Read more

Works outing with several of my fellow members: the rooms were alright and the check-in process was superb. The service at dinner and breakfast was very rude and not very attentive. A small smile or a few words (perhaps also on German?) would not hurt. The front desk was very helpful. Read more
