Good hotel, very friendly staff, somewhat expensive!
Very positive was, that the hotel management completely obvious the reviews about the hotel durchliesst and deficiencies got taken care of. So were for example in the rooms Sliding doors are fitted (between bathroom and Sleep area) and the old CRT TV by modern flat screens exchanged. Read more

We had booked a Gurmetessen including night via smart box. The room was small but fine. The gourmet food was a disappointment, it was a matter of nothing other than the meal. If a oversalted soup, roast meat and potatoes floor lukewarm without sauce the title 'gourmet' everyone can decide for themselves. The morning buffet was not overwhelming, when we want to serve us at 08:00 was already used and not replaced. Inkompetenter front desk, unprofessional management. Rooms the category in accordance with (C), mini bar abgesclossen (no key available), dirty and badly deseamed, promised book not available. Spa facilities has Name, sauna useless and tiny, are after 3 years still broken. Restaurant excellent but expensive, breakfast buffet rather lean.
