We were within a round trip for 2 nights accommodated here.
There were except for our small group of 15 persons, only couple stray guests in the house. We were supposed to first a room in the tenth floor, that we however because of a biting odor not changed (suspect insecticides), also the second room did not smell better.
So we moved to a room on the 11st floor. The rooms here were the bathroom renovated, however hair on the tiles previous guests clouded the overall impression.

We were on this trip for two nights at the hotel. Good service, friendly staff. The hotel has a quiet location outside of the city. One can but with the usual suspects (Tuk Tuk, bus) in a few minutes the center come in. Where you can find everything what the heart desired (tourist). Also some very good restaurants. Read more

For two days we were in Chiang May in this hotel. It is a bit away from the center of the city, but close to the zoo and the best way to drive to Doi Suthep.
The hotel wasn't the youngest one anymore, new paint would certainly not bad. I had read in this Portal before some of the reviews, the hotel was very quite. burst can I not, after all, we were only there to sleep. Breakfast was adequate

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is set back from the main road, so this is not a lot of noise pollution.
