The hotel is in its design and its presentation very nice. The more filthy impression, from outside suspected, is not in the slightest to. The service at the front desk also very friendly and helpful. Especially good is the service forgotten toiletries given free of charge to get, as well as free Print boarding passes. Only negative was, that the television completely adjusted and programs like bajazzo 1 not at all to find. Sad for fans, the Champions League wanted to watch. Was a good stay, gladly again. Who still something to moan about has, unfortunately this is not to help. For 3 * the full reasonable. Especially good the good traffic connections, with two stops nearby. Maybe a better Gastronomic environment nor desirable, but in Hamburg one goes anyway at the Landunsbrücken fish food! Read more

All together the hotel was ideal for a city break. You need with the subway only 5 minutes in the old town, this is great. We had the room to the inner court side, this is the parking the REWE and one must count on it in the morning around 6 from the vendor to be woken up. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special... Very terrible hotel. Please book this hotel not. You will disappointed. Price-performance is okay not at all. The hotel is optically very nice, however puts one rather less value on quality. We have a double room and a 140 times 200 centimeters large, super soft saggy (every spring you could feel ) bed with only one (155 times 220 centimeters) Cover had.
