Holiday inn express at JFK WINS certainly not price for the best hotel-but it offers people who travel by plane a practical night possibility with free breakfast and shuttle bus to the airport. We have used this hotel with great pleasure, when we arrive or depart JFK. The rooms are small and a bit worn but functional equipped. There was Internet access free of charge-as well as a breakfast in the morning( as long as you could get a seat-the breakfast buffet is at some times too crowded). Great place for people who want to get to know the city that never sleeps! But it takes a long time to get your with the subway from the hotel at Times Square, depending on Express or Localtrain about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. But it definitely worth it! Every day we had a complimentary newspaper in the door, the breakfast was, after HI Express standard, delicious and tip tip, there was everything we needed. We would always book this hotel again!
