Already older hotel, you can tell it only if you in the rooms is, but for an overnight stay it was enough. The hotel is located close to the cruise terminals and thus well situated. This hotel is optimal, around a few days in Miami to spend, before you at cruise goes. But after 3 days we then also enough. It is clean, we had a renovated room with heavenly beds ( section 708) and a dreamlike view of the bayside. You are here everywhere fast and has everything, that you need on the doorstep. We have the hotel for the first two nights our Floridia- round trip booked.
We arrived after a 10 hours flight in the hotel at. The check in was quite friendly. When we however our room entered, smelled this totally after cold Cigarette smoke.
Then we went back to the front desk and requested a non-smoking room. The Honourable at the front desk explained to me then, that all the rooms non-smoking rooms, and gave me the supposedly last free rooms in this night as a replacement. We chose the hotel for a night before we selected on the cruise ship we checked in. A bit tired after a flight we are with the taxi to get to the hotel. It is directly on the bayfront and so conveniently located to the shop, to eat and close to the cruise port of the check in ran rapid, but checking, and also the service to check out on the next day not so, as I imagine it. For a night to go on the next day on a cruise ship, this hotel ideal. It is very close to the cruise terminal and it is everything nearby what we need. The Receptionist didn't have a king size bed available and so we were upgraded to a Suite on arrival - which had a fantastic view of the Port and Bayside Shopping area (which is just across the road).

Only thing the pool was too small but it does not really matter because you are in miami who needs a pool :) So go there and enjoy miami dont forget to use metro mover for your short trips it is free of charge.
