The hotel seemed a bit old. Nevertheless a clean and functional rooms. Thanks to its central location is the Beale Street just a short walk away. Each evening as dancing bear and tons of options for meals and the blues to renting scooters,. TIP: The Denny's shop next to the hotel is the real catastrophe with lousy service! For a good breakfast with the historical tram (on the Main Street) until the terminus Central and then in the restaurant arcade, since 1919 oldest cafe from Memphis, enjoy an extensive breakfast! The rooms are ok, the staff was friendly but the breakfast in the US-places we visited were with one exception catastrophic for Europeans. On the soft pastries from plastic packages, the in our point almost tasteless, we never got used to - sliced cheese was not! After a week I longed for fresh crisp buns! Read more
