The hotel is located in the silom road close to the sky train and various options for shopping. The majority of the sights from Bangkok is easy to reach. It is an attractive city hotel with large lobby and extensive design. The rooms, we had club room, were spacious and decorated in a friendly style. Nothing was missing. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. Only ran the air conditioning in the breakfast room something to hochtourig. The staff spoke good English and was always accommodating.

Das Hotel läßt sich über eine Stadtautobahn in ca. 30 min vom Flughafen aus per Taxi erreichen.
Unser Zimmer war ein Executive Room, angenehm groß mit einem kleinen Erker. Sauberkeit und Zustand der Möbel waren in Ordnung, das kleine Badezimmer war ebenfalls ok.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Lediglich die Säfte hatten wohl künstliche Aromen und waren nicht so gut.
Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Executive Lounge im 23. Stock, zu der wir Zutritt hatten. Hier gab es abends zwischen 18:00 und 20:00 Uhr kostenlos... Read more

Schönes Hotel für einige Tage, jedoch nicht länger.
Die Thailänder sind sehr höflich und verneigen sich sehr oft, leider kam uns das alles etwas "gespielt" vor, und als Ausländer konnte man nicht erkunden ob die Verneigung auch so gemeint war. Read more

Das muss man denken. Nachdem wir ein Zimmer für
zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind (13 Jahre) über das
eigene Reservierungssystem (und sogar noch unter
Angabe Prority Member Nummer) reserviert hatten
wurde uns (recht kaltschnäuzig) an der Rezeption
mitgeteilt dass ein drittes Bett nur gegen Bezahlung
erhältlich ist. Wenn man nun den Aufpreis für das
Frühstück für das Kind hizurechnet wären höhere
Kosten entstanden als das was wir für einen Erwachsenen ausgegeben hatten. (obwohl ein 3er Zimmer
gebucht war?)
