We were there at the beginning of November in Valencia, bathing in the sea was still possible. The hotel is in tight 15 minutes on foot from the metro station. The hotel is relatively large and definitely not with a German four star hotel to comparisons. The room would have partly a bit clean may be, but it was not bad.
bathroom very clean. And 120 euros ( without breakfast) for three nights are really reasonable.
