We spent a total of five nights in the hotel. 'Normal' it is right, those who needed luxury, is here wrongly. However, the hotel is for new York visitors can only be recommended, because the Parth one comes very fast everywhere, within five minutes you are at the station to the WTC or Times square to come.
The rooms are clean, are cleaned every day. The staff are helpful at any time, 24 hour coffee you get for free. Wireless Internet is sometimes slow, but that didn't matter... We have felt ourselves very well in this hotel and would stay th... Read more

As an affordable place to stay-quiet location yet with the path/train in about ten minutes to the WTC-very recommendable.
We were glad, after a busy look and running day in Manhattan quiet sleep (rooms facing the parking lot!).
The room-for the price-fully in order (for new York/standards probably even to mention).
Breakfast was very fresh donuts, donuts and other pastries-fat, but also, fruits. Coffee and tea always available night and day. Breakfast room not available, however no problem-just take the room and eat breakfast in peace.

The Holland Motor Lodge is a motel not a hotel!!!! The location in Jersey City is the perfect home base for a low budget trip to New York. Very simple and especially fast connections to Manhattan and Newark Liberty International Airport. Important is that a Metro card for 7 days (approx. $18 ) zulegt as PATH and metro but apart from that it is very expensive. Motel with two floors, situated directly in front of the Holland Tunnel. The motel seemed relatively clean impression. The motel is mostly used by locals guests on passing through. Breakfast is part of the offer. The price-performance ratio was absolutely perfect. If you are not highest expectations, a cheap alternative to Manhattan!
Hotel room on aproximately-occupancy optimal, for 4 people clearly too small. The motel is older, but still everything is very clean. The room has free air conditioning, TV and microwave.

So, I highly recomend this hotel for anyone that likes to take a trip to New York "The City There Never sleeps" would want to stay and easy and cheap! Hotel is in Jersey City, but in about 15 minutes. (Pavonia Newport) is on the train service station in Manhattan (33th Street)! Walk to catch (approx. 10 minutes through a big shopping mall!
