It was a lovely hotel for what money we paid,the food was excellent and plenty of choice,the rooms was basic but at least we got a tv and air conditioning,and the cleanliness was superb,maids in every day with clean towels and bedding changed twice a week. - in May 10
I am just home from a week at this hotel and I was fearing the worst with all the reviews that I had read, however had a brilliant time, The hotel is basic but clean with clean towels every day. - in April 10

the rooms were ok and clean with skynews on the tv,the location was good for the nightlife but just out of the noise,the pool was down 2 lots of stairs and the hotel drive inbetween,the pool bar was shut staff said the roof was faulty,so a beer was a mini trek to fetch,a tip is there are pool toilets behind the bar that are not advertised and not many people knew they were there.

The walls are paper thin so you can hear peoples conversations including shouting & swearing, we were constantly being woken up in the middle of the night with people in the corridors banging around.

not one raised word or fight in the 5 days we were there just loads of good humoured banter STAG and HEN- its catered for these groups a bit rowdy for kids a lot of merry adults enjoying themselves STAFF- excellent we reported our toilet was broken within minutes the hotel handyman was there fixing it.

When we booked the hotel we already knew that it was 18-30 but when we arrived there was alot of older people there. - in May 10
then the next day we spoke to a group of women and they told us they tried to steal they bags , plus men and young lads have had there wallets nicked , i was very uncomftable the nexted night walking past , the grounds were the toilets are they is durex wrapping in the bushers and tissue so they are doing it and getting away with it , we told the manger that we would never go back and all he said was its up to you , im very dissapointed at that as it is a thompson hotel and there is a lot of older people who go , to whom the older people where frightened to go out im 37 and i was a little as they carry knifes too , so i wouldnt go to this hotel id pay a bit more to stay in safe hotel,

On the positive side we found the food was of good standard, the staff were helpful & it was in a good location for magaluf centre & the 2 beaches nearby. - in October 09
the rooms were just right for me and 2 others only problem was the air con wasnt working so we had to have the balcony doors open but it didnt matter the location was good just a few minutes walk to the strip there was always nice food in the restarant good range the one thing i would prob say that wasnt good was the rep he was rubbish! - in August 10
Good Points - Relatively good location although you have to walk up a steep hill and loads of steps to get in the door - We had air con in the room which worked well - An ok variety of foods at meal times, some of which was nice Bad Points - The first room we checked into was dirty, the toilet hadn't been cleaned - The beds were really uncomfortable - The staff in the restaurant were rude, we complained to the manager who was nice - You can't have soft drinks with your dinner, it's all pretty much fizzy - At meal times, as soon as it gets to finishing time, they turn the drinks machines off and pack everything away, so even if you're still eating your meal, you can't get yourself a drink - The hotel is really dated - Can get quite noisy at night time outside as there is many of the clubs stay open until 6am nearby - Magaluf is really for those who want to go out clubbing every night! - in May 10

All inclusive drinks were on 10:30 till 23:00 so you got use of the bar , there were a few activities in the day, and some really poor acts on at nite, so bad that everyones sits outside.

The pool was clean although the pool bar was closed,but not a problem we just walked up the steps to the hotel bar for drinks. - in May 10
POOL - clean lots of fun water polo top bombing sunbathing only downfall pool bar was closed wasnt a problem the bar staff would give me a tray to carry drinks down to pool the rules are 2 drinks at a time but a small tip and politeness gets you a long way.

Missed breakfast every day as had long lies but you could get fruit juice, croissants, cheese, ham, cakes etc until lunch at 1pm All drinks included (soft drinks, cocktails, sangria, spirits, San miguel, wine, cava etc) Reception staff very helpful and pleasant Rep was good (although didn't get invited to our welcome meeting, think because we changed room on arrival) Bar staff worked their socks off morning noon and night, very efficient Clean room, bar, restaurant and pool area Good pool, some sunbeds broken but plenty of space for everyone, pool games on through the day and archery sometimes, lifeguard Beaches are spotless and Palma Nova is very clean Take a trip to Palma its gorgeous (great market on a Saturday) Were able to get 4 drinks at a time each no problem (as so quiet) Can use the internet for 1 euro, 4 computers in reception If you are a group of young guys/girls or a young partying couple this hotel is perfect for you as magaluf on your doorstep!
