Narrow room with a tiny bathroom, located on the main road in front. Constant noise day and night; by the pool ( too at the front of the hotel) no normal entertainment possible.
service was pointedly friendly and tried hard, but almost no Foreign languages (English, French), ergo Communication more than difficult.

as usual i got a room in high floor with great view faced great Pyramids, the street still little bit noisy but it is the major thing in Egypt as cars still shouts BEEB BEEB :), i visit TAHRIR square, the place in which the egyptian revolution has born, this place will be look like HIDE PARK in LONDON, the egyptian people are so friendly people, but take care when you visit Pyramids from men who wants you to pay money, it is better to arrange the tour with some operators before, finally i enjoyed the stay at this Hotel.

I stayed in a room in six floor which has a very nice view to the pyramids, but sometimes at the morning the dusty weather in Egypt blocks all views. - in March 10

) - this matter was reported 3 times, we had no hot water for 3 mornings in either the shower or the hand basin, the security safe did not work - reported 3 times, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and Aussies love their cuppa (upon requesting a jug and cups, we were told they were not available), the fridge did not work and our cold drinks became warm.

We also requested help with using our in-room safe because it was closed when we arrived and didn't have instructions, and despite multiple calls to the desk nobody came to help or could explain how to use it at the desk or over the phone.

This was my first visit to Egypt, and how much I was happy that I will have the opportunity to visit Alohrammelt and places the ancient Egyptian and ancient civilizations and I am happy over my presence in this magnificent hotel with excellent location, and most important characteristic of the hotel services provided and how to submit All the hotel staff to fully prepared to assist any guest and how to meet the needs of the food provided is characterized by the taste of delicious, especially the breakfast and the diversity of cuisine, as can any guest to see clearly the pyramids of the room, and My Father has promised me that and I can visit this magnificent hotel with my friends soon, So i would like to thank every one is working in this hotel for there 5 stars service and for there smile and hospitality.

Really it was amazing 3 nights and very comfortable stay and fantastic view (pyramids), and all the staff was very friendly and helpful specially Sameh and Ahmed from the service team and also the house man was very helpful and all the reception staff we were feel at home and the food was delicious specially the sweets (Om Ali)

Yes the hotel is a little bit noisy coz it located on the main street, but all areas in Giza and Cairo are so noisy, the traffic in Egypt is a hell you have to do some exercises to cross the street but it is the major thing in Egypt. - in November 10
