Parking was extremely limited to two rows closest to the motel, all other parking was metered parking with no discount or pass if you didn't get a place in the other parking.

Though it says parking is free, it is free only for 20 cars the rest have to take their cars to the paid lots (the good part - the paid lots are close by), I never found a free parking spot in my 3 days stay.
