A wonderful hotel with good value for money. I was the third time since this December October 2010 and was once again impressed. The staff are not pushy at all, as is frequently (not rated reason) on the areas in the NorthAfrica it is claimed. The rooms are large, nicely furnished and with all equipped, which the heart desired (safety deposit box, tv, air conditioning with heating function, refrigerator, and so on). Great Hotel, very friendly staff, ideal for families and a holiday which you can't argue with. You go through an approximately two hundred meter-long street, directly onto the long sandy beach. There is also a nearby promenade by the beach which leads to the restaurants and shopping areas. There were mainly British and French guests in the hotel. Read more

All-inclusive you can confidently in this hotel. The selection of beverages at the wood cabin on the beach is a disaster. In the dining room was daily in the incubator-so it was warm. The external windows were opened and the door to the outdoor area was closed. Also on the terrace of the kids from the restaurant was not covered up, so that one always was forced to eat in the dining room. Complaints, even over the Neckermann travel guide brought nothing. no four stars hotel, it was more like a three. Food repeats itself! If you slept a bit longer, must eat what is still there. (9:00 meant to sleep in. ) My wife and I are not picky, but the food was repeated with its simply not good. Only a few beach chairs at the beach and many were broken. Anyway just over an hours drive we reached our hotel initial thoughts were this is a nice hotel we went to book in and were told the 2 bedroom apartment we had booked as we had children was un available,but we would get 2 seperate rooms until one came available in a couple of days.

Overall i would say this is an ok hotel with ok amenities, I dont think its a 4star, more like a good 3star. - in August 10
With a hotel having approx 800 guests what are your chances?? Overall the hotel was OK, certainly not 4 star, the brochure and websites show the hotel when it was built, the reality is somewhat different, the so called private beach was disgusting compared to their neighbours and the facilities at the beach should be closed permanently.

The sea was quite rough for the first 10 days too as a result of the weather so would not have been suitable for young children or non-swimmers or elderly - the hotel lifeguard had to put the red flag up most days and we got knocked over by big waves a few times.

This Hotel is not of a 4* standard more like a 3* the hotels location is OK but there are no shops in thge immidiate vicinity so when you are on Half Board basis it takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearest shop * rooms are pleaseant and cleaned well everyday with clean towels and bedsheets daily * the food is Ok but again not of a 4* standard more like 3*, the restaurant is dated and crowded and full of rude people pushing in the ques to get to the buffet! - in December 09

What we loved about the hotel was the spacious rooms and balcony (our little'un had more than enough room to run around safely), incredibly warm and friendly staff (apart from a couple of token miserable ones) and the choice on offer in the main restaurant in the evenings. - in October 10

Walking aound the shops especially the medina you can get a lot of people asking you to look in their shops, trying to sell you things and also lots of people trying to sell trips on the quads, camels etc which some people may not like at all and might feel hassled by, however we found all the Tunisian people really friendly and if we didn't want anything we just said no thanks, carried on walking and they just left us alone. - in December 09

The basement of the hotel has a great spa and massage area although this is extra and the staff will try to show you round and sign you up for a treatment (£70 each) for 1hr 50 mins The staff are all very friendly and their language skills impressive. - in September 10

start with the good points; food nice always found something to eat reception staff helpful and friendly nice size rooms and kept clean and tidy the bad points; rude pool staff and bar staff you ask them sumthing they just laugh at you extremley ignorant the flies never seen so many in my life they were everywhere got to the point you got sick of them crawlin all over you drove us nuts.

There is a miniture train that goes from the hotel to yasmine medina and marina or you can go to old Hamamet Medina about 25 minutes from hotel with a lovely beach. - in December 09
The private beach is a 5 minute walk if that, it was a lovely beach however a few pests try to sell you stuff and at times wouldn't take no for an answer.

The nearest supermarket and snack bar is further away than the hotel, so you couldn't go anywhere else to buy anything and the neighbouring beach hotels were all inclusive so you couldn't use their beach front snack bars. - in July 10

On a general note, outside of the hotel, the African Dreams trip was excellent and the Zulu dancers there gave us and our litte one a fantastic show to accompany the delicious Tunisian food - well worth doing if you have small kids as not all the other excursions are suitable.

the only small fault is that i would have liked coffee making facilities in the room to save having to get up for breakfast so early to get my fix of caffine. - in December 09
There are two outdoor swimming pools also very clean and well looked after as were the gardens, there was also an indoor pool in the Spa that residents could use at certain times of day without having to use the spa, drinks and snacks were available and were waiter serviced at the pool, as I found the coffee a tad strong and cool they even got to know early on how I liked my coffee, very hot and milky.

We went all inclusive and it was obvious that all inclusive guests were treated differently than others, Smaller size drinks in plastic cups rather than glasses for non all inclusive guests. - in July 10
you have to que like a school canteen * drinks are of a good price when on half board with a nice drinks menu to choose from * all inclusive option looks as though soft drinks are served in tiny throw away plastic cups * waiters in restaurant are very nice and try their best to serve you * bar staff very polite and happy to help * reception staff happy to help but no one directed us to our room and we saw an old couple sat in reception for an hour before they were given a room * breakfast is basic and expected more choice for a 4* * Yasmine hammamet its self is a very nice newly buit resort however there is only 1 bar in the resort where you can sit and have a drink for an iberostar Hotel I wouldnt reccomened due to its location from the centre and long road to the beach!
