This hotel is not Iberostar standard. The cleanliness in the restaurant and in the bar areas left a lot to be desired, tables were not wiped and spilled drinks are not cleaned up. Various guests barefoot and put your feet on with shoes the tables in the bar area and also for dinner in shorts. These conditions were stopped by anyone. Very beautiful, spacious and neat area. The rooms were large and clean. Direct Beach Location. Friendly and helpful staff. Negative unfortunately is, that those who travel alone women less attention. Good all inclusive offer with some international spirits (Campari, Martini...) the restaurant resembles rather a cafeteria, therefor is the offer of the food but good and very delicious. The vacation was great! The hotel has convinced us. The location: right on the beach and only one half an hour to get to the city; is great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and very clean. The food offered a large selection, so that everyone could find something. The pool, as well as the whole area were very neat and clean. The vacation did in this hotel. Everything has matched. You can relax very well. The pool area is very nice and you can always get a chair. The complex is very well maintained. It is also very great, the one in the restaurant for a table is. So you didn't have to look for a table. Please be careful: always ask for a receipt at the currency exchange at the hotel. The dining room looked like a cafeteria. Very loud, too many tables, bad service, bad presentation of the food. As you would expect from 4 stars. Paper and motivated by the pool, bad mooded staff. Overall a good holiday, we went to chill out, and that is what we did, not too much to do anyway, we went into Agadir on the train bus, and went to the unipri which is a priced market, so no haggling needed.

Overall, we had a great holiday and Agadir is certainly a match for a lot of the resorts in Turkey which we have found to become overcrowded and frequented by very rude Eastern Europeans.

If you tip the staff then they will treat you better, but we believe the staff should get a tip for good service not a tip in the hope of getting good service. - in September 10
I don't mind giving tips for good service, but when you pay £200 per night for the room all inclusive in the country where average wage is £5 per day - you feel you shouldn't really do that. - in September 10

I overhead a few people grumble why there were cooked meal rice dishes for breakfast and how they hadn't heard of such a thing which I was surprised as it's an arab country and traditional what they eat for breakfast (I'm arab myself) and the resort were offering it as an option should you like to try the dishes (you don't have to eat it if you don't want to as there are lots of other choices).

The heated pool outside was lovely and it actually did feel warm unlike some that I have been in, the only downside is that it is deep all over and as two of our group weren't confident swimmers they were unable to use it although they did use the cold one, which they said wasnt too bad once you were brave enough to get in. - in February 10

The pool areas are spotless , lovely pools and activities to try (if you want - no pressure though) The Hotel has its own roped off sun bed section on the beach which is really good and I recommend a swim in the sea as it is exhillarating.
