I was at a one-week bike vacation tenerife and the hotel actually only for overnight accommodation and food supply used.
Since I booked an economy room had (number 270), were my expectations prior to also not covered. In short:
Room flax and absolutely worn, beds on wheels, not lock and 'view' to lively main street with tops. Sleep was only with ear plugs possible, cleaned properly only after appropriate tip. There was KEINS, was promptly only the coerced cleaned. Also, I had a week long small possierliche roommates in the bathroom...

Babysitting Club: is not at all. Darker area without decoration. A terrible child is to be put into effect.
for adults the hotel is good, for children not (not even child cutlery in the restaurant). Nice was the staff with the children, absolutely, unfortunately the furnishings not good.

the hotel lies relatively central but directly on the highway.
we had unfortunately a room facing the street, what can I say more?!
we wanted the room change, we should 24 euros per night additional pay, which is 14 nights 336 euros would have meant.
A good gastronomy in the hotel 4 star is a long way.

the hotel was very clean. The rooms are a bit older, but very clean and with a bathtub and a balcony. Who chooses half board, should go to the extra cost for each drinks the dinner set. All inclusive is in any case cheaper. The whole area is mostly in English and French hand, but also Russian guests are a few to find. German are in the minority.
