In February 2012 we were for 4 weeks all inclusive with a friendly couple in Iberostar royal El Mansour.
The hotel makes a very clean impression with beautiful outdoor areas. Rooms were in spite of the extremely cold Temperature for this area well heated.
The staff are very friendly; this applies both to the service, as well as for the front desk. Wishes and complaint were taken care of immediately.

So we write actually directly from our visit to Tunisia from the Iberostar royal El Mansour. The flight was perfect, as well as the transfer by TTS by bus to the hotel. Unfortunately, we arrived very late (2 a. m.) we were however a meal (free) were offered. You hard-working also US drinks to sell, however only for a fee. Since we wanted something to drink, we had to to later hour at the front desk change. Very beautiful and very clean hotel. Well Arranged hotel, even if it from the outside a other impression does. Very beautiful architecture outside as well as from the inside. Bombastic Lobby. During our stay about 20% European guests and about 80 & Tunisians. These were probably Tunisia guests never stayed in such a hotel. Behavior in the dining room worse than the Russians.
