After two weeks pure beach vacation here in this hotel we can only positive things to say.
The whole hotel complex was in all areas super maintained, everything very clean, everywhere was having work done, whether in the garden areas or in the buildings, by the pool, on the beach, in the room, everything is great!
All inclusive: the food was for Cuban hotels outstanding, as well as the beverages ( mostly )!
The staff always in a good mood and friendly, here then has tip or small gift from Germany also for better Mood.

The hotel is simply superb! The entire area ( room, restaurants, beach, etc.) are great clean and tidy!
Over the friendliness, the competence and willingness to help I need not write anymore. The everything was great! It is really everything the total luxury! You can just relax and unhitch. Is very recommendable the spar area. The food is really everywhere super especially the à la carte restaurant. Were now already for the third time there and in any case go back again. There was already much written and I can good reviews only follow! I h... Read more

This hotel is in comparison to other caribbean five star hotels like for instance Dom Republic, Mexico and Jamaica was very bad. The staff is not in the mood, the selection of food and drinks daily less. Example, all there include 5 juices and only 2 are available.
at the pool bar are sharp aborted marble slabs
Exposed.
The beach is only at low tide available, since otherwise nearly the beach chairs will be washed away. In the water couches Betonpfleiler (sharp ).
The cocktails are partly not enjoyable, since no hard to make returns.

After we a week RU (M) ndreise on Cuba behind us and several hotels behind us, we were the service and the comfort, this hotels overwhelmed. For Cuban proportions massive selection of food and drinks, the also all tasted (was on the round trip rarely the case).
Who nightlife want not to Varadero travel, as it too many all inclusive hotels and the people evenings in their hotels keep, nightlife there is the best in Havana. For relaxing I would this hotel would always book again. We had a junior suite, the location within of the hotel especial... Read more

:287-CUC) conclusion: Iberostar Varadero is in the one of the three Spitzenhotels (according to the information of taxi drivers) and many other best for families with children; it must also be aware, however, that the five star Iberostar in Mexico or in the Dominican Republic are better quality.

Entertainment, we recommend the looked far in the Iberostar); cleanliness; beach ; friendliness of the staff; quality of the service and quality; plenty of pool chairs at a rather narrow stretch (especially after Hurricane Irene has outpaced); Sea: warm, clear and clean (little fish, but shells were always something to find) good cocktail selection rather bad: worn-out mattresses, damp Zimmerklima including salamander (we had the Junior suite of 2002 to 2030); nearly too much guests (obviously was from the hotel on, especially at the weekends locals Cubans for 1-2 days room to availability could occupy in the short term)-as a result, less by the pool and morning loud Cuban nights at the weekends; slow, expensive Internet connection (1H: ten CUC or three hour Wi-Fi:20 CUC) chem.
