The hotel is situated on the outskirts of can picafort, to the centre of can picafort with opportunities for shopping or restaurants and bars are about 20 minutes walk from the promenade of can picafort was really super time in the evening stroll. Little things apart Here you can spend a few relaxing days in the hotel. For a longer stay it is advisable to take a rental car, because the Hotel but a little off the beaten track. For us especially the cleanliness a top priority. Read more

A nice hotel, but in smaller ' decline flaws 'are available (close band the shower is in the bathtub, toilet flush was broken...). Cleanliness average (hair from the previous guest on the sink...) for a short break, the hotel was absolutely recommendable, the possibilities for excursions are usually associated with long, so that I have a different Hotel, or a centre would vote for more details. All the staff were super nice and helpful, the service manager in the dining room! As we only had half board, we were greeted by the other guests. As' leprous' seen! The rooms (we had a apartment) were very clean, except for the ants. The bed sheets were changed twice. The ca.1, 5 kilometer away beach drove every half hour a shuttle and back! If you are not the direct location on the beach, is in (not brand new, but very clean) Vell Mari well cared for. Annoying are the 'pseudo-entertainers 'with their loud exhibitionism (fortunately only open until 23:00 o' clock)! The 'program' was terrible. Read more

The entertainment team in the hotel were made up of lovely people from all over europe to accommodate the many different nationalities and always managed to remember everybodys name and made everybody welcome and smile (big shout out to Ted from France and Marissa from Holland).

As for Vell Mari we thought it was an oasis, FANTASTIC food, choice was mind blowing, decent bottle of red with your meal and we especially liked the fact we could eat al fresco at every meal, never had to wait for a table at breakfast or lunch and longest wait for dinner, 15mins, which we chose to do although you could go straight in to eat indoors.
