This exclusive five star hotel located in Hadabet Om El Seed is right in the centre of IL Mercato Promenade which is home to some of the biggest International brands. IL Mercato promenade is an inspired creation from well-known Italian architect Daniele Morelli. Professor Morelli, a Renaissance expert who studied at the prestigious Accademia delle Belle Arti in Florence, is famed for his ability to accurately create contemporary buildings that are informed by iconic classical Roman and Venetian architecture that share the same sense of style, time and place.

Il Giardino is the main restaurant offering a wonderful ambiance. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets.
La Terrazina à la carte restaurant provides light snacks for lunch and international menu during dinner.
Galleria is the main lobby bar offering any kind of cold, hot beverages and variety of cocktail.
Aside from the excellent fine dining within the hotel, IL Mercato promenade itself also offers a varied selection of excellent cafes and restaurants. This hotel would three stars deserve. It is unstaffed hopelessly understaffed, the food is more than manageable, from towel service no speech can be, shows there was only in the description, the rooms were not especially clean and to top it all, still things from my room (Clothing, drinks from mini bar). I have with my son in February a week in this hotel vacation. We once were pleasantly surprised sometimes not. In any case are 5 stars for this hotel too much. The pool in the roof area is very nice with less was nice is that you in the entire week it has not managed the ashtrays. The beach the to the hotel belongs can be reached with a hotel bus what case worked well. The beach is however not recommendable there in Egypt better. Read more

Also at our second vacation in this very beautiful hotel we extremely felt comfortable.
all staff were at any time friendly, whether at reception, in the restaurant, at the bar or cleaning of the rooms.
we booked a deluxe room and were exactly like last year more than satisfied.
very pleasant conversations we could get with the manager the hotel.
