The hotel complex is ideal, no other hotel, the West Corniche is, is so city-close and therefore low traffic as this, in addition to the large garden area with several terraces under old B'aumen and perfect Nilansicht good for Erqickenist. You can see the mountains from West bank very close.

the hotel is not more brand new, but in good condition. Lots of friendly employee are every day so eiferig busy everything was clean and maintained to hold.
to half board, a good breakfast buffet a good buffet in the evening.
the guests come too many from England, Holland and Japan, and mostly 60 years old than.

My wife and I stayed at the Iberotel and thought the hotel was excellent.
Only downside was the poor, low key entertainment in the bar in the evenings.
Shops,restaurants etc. not rated as it is a nightmare to venture out into Luxors streets - (Hassle,Hassle,hassle,hassle,)
Something must be done about this as it will deter even more potential visitors to Egypt ! Read more

The location of the hotel is a big plus. Directly at the beginning of the Nile-promenade. Within walking distance to the luxor temple. Not so inner-city crowded and built up as many other hotels. The location of the hotel is great, 15 minute walk to the train station and about 5 minute walk to the Luxor Temple, it will be hard trying to avoid the people who offer a ride on a Felucca, a boat to the west bank or a carriage ride, but if you're not interested just say maybe later or maybe tomorrow (that worked for us most of the time). - in March 10
