in this hotel everything is offered, what a great holiday needs. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. From the welcome when you arrive, 1st drop off from the airport from then on your relaxed, our luggage was taken to our room, while we checked in we were given cold towels to freshen up and given a cool glass of fresh fruit juice while sat on large sofa's in reception, then we were taken to our very big room with large terrace overlooking the pool and sea, where we also had fresh fruit a bottle of wine and cake. - in August 10

Just returned from an eleven night stay at the iberotel, 3 jan until 14th jan FYI this is not a five star hotel at all 3/4 hotel rooms great no issues, beach great no issues, pool ok Food very very poor the same old buffet food that didint really change each night the a la carte restaurant Pizzeria very poor also, ok thay are not a country known for gastromic excellence, but it seemed to get worse every night, food mainly cold and no chef in the hotel has any ability to cook dishes from around the world in the so called theme night.

The staff at this hotel are the nicest people they cant do enough for you, every single one from the hotel manager down to the gardener greets everyone with a smile and a friendly hello everyday, the location of the iberotel palace is perfect, on its own spotlessly clean beach, and directly across the road from old sharm where there is a modern shopping centre, but you must go out of the back of this into the old market, ok you get a bit of friendly hassle but its there way of life they are just trying to make a living, but just a smile and no thank you works, we met some very nice people there who just wanted to talk about there life and ask us about ours.

Overall there is nothing positive I can say about this hotel, but if you want good service, good food, big rooms in a lovely setting try the Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort and Spa. - in June 10
