Hotel Ibis Christchurch

We stayed on the first night of our fourth NZ at the Ibis Christchurch and were pleasantly surprised with a spotless city hotel. The room was not big, but well equipped and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location in the city center very ideal. The staff only for breakfast was given a large group which was at the same time for breakfast if it was too much for them. Fun for us, as horrible. The value for money in this hotel is very good. We stayed at the Ibis Christchurch 2 nights in conjunction with a round-NZ trip. The location is great. You can't be more city center, everything is short walk from the hotel. Our DRB was a good size, the bathroom was spacious and clean. Our room could only from 2 pm so that our luggage at the front desk and first. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is a typical Ibis hotel, not great but value for absolutely in order. It is very centrally located, everything was within walking distance and has everything you could need for 2 days. The service is friendly. The hotel breakfast we didn't. In the near vicinity, one room had exactly opposite, there are better and cheaper eateries and not in atmosphere of a cafeteria. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service from the airport. We would select it again. Read more

Super great location exactly centrally located in Cathedral Square and nice staff . So we were perfectly happy and wanting for nothing. On Cathedral Square in the Historic tram and get from the hotel, you could get very fast at Coyote/a great Spanish eatery, which I would highly recommend. Read more

From the moment I was greeted with a very warm welcome, I was shown attractions and map marked, I got from the hotel. Continue to let your Showbeginne and explained the way. Many restaurants within and evening bars. For the German taste of course not many after 11 hours open, but you had to adjust to the Waive.
