Hotel has a very good location for those on a city break. You can get the main sights within walking distance. Staff at the front desk staff were very friendly and tried hard, the rest of the staff is not customer service oriented. Rooms are very large and clean, however the furnishing at least 20 years old. Room was not cleaned no service. Tv newspapers has already been five days expired. On the Internet with LCD tv devices advertised, which we found have, was a broken tv tube. This was first after call changed. Breakfast was very offering a clear view, no service coffee you have to get them ourselves. No table so don't waste bucket highly recommendable. One of three identical hotels on Prague street. To GDR times built. With 10 floors accordingly many rooms and in good occupancy very many guests. Especially Groups because of the low rates.
we were in the hotel Lilienstein. Frst. Is extra paid.

the bed was clean and we have quite a good night's sleep. On the tenth floor it is a bit quiet, as in the lower floors. Also the view over the city is given. Next to the tv there was a telephone. A bottle of water for 4,50 euros, otherwise no service.
