In the bathroom there was hair everywhere( even on the ceiling) from previous guests and the toilet was dirty. We have also been through a club membership in writing a complimentary late check-out until 16:00- o'clock guaranteed. You woke us at 13:00 and 13,30 by telephone us told us we should immediately the room leaving. The lady at the front desk was not Cooperative, total unfriendly and could not have a good German and English. Unfortunately, there were the beds soft as a pudding and 1.60/2:00 small we could not night sleep. What we also noticed in the room and we found was a bit of a shame, that there was no safe. But other than that it was great the breakfast and the possibilities to go out. The breakfast was very varied and tasted great. The staff were also very nice. ... You can walk 20 minutes lake good. For an Ibis hotel the rooms surprisingly large. Even the size of the bath was acceptable. Staff at the front desk staff was friendly and tried hard. However, should the guest the best French or English speaking with the check in a visit to the ' Mobilis' ticket issues.
